A Lustre Lady Becomes A Playwright and Opens Off-Broadway.

Elizabeth Coplan, who is nearly 70, and lives in Seattle, has been fascinated and inspired by theater all of her life, but never imagined that now, after a forty year career in marketing, she would become an acclaimed playwright launching her first Off-Broadway play, with a star-studded cast. A play about death, of all things. Well, actually about life, but written after her own personal losses.

The strictly limited engagement runs November 19, 2023 to December 23, 2023. Previews begin on November 24 at the Abingdon Theater on Theatre Row, Theatre 5, 410 West 42nd Street. Performances run Tuesdays – Fridays at 7pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 3pm.
